1. Digital Educational Products
All courses and educational materials offered by Foundations for Practice are digital products delivered electronically through an online learning platform.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately upon enrollment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

No more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed; and

No certificates of completion have been issued; and

No significant course materials have been downloaded or reproduced.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued:

After 7 calendar days from purchase;

After substantial access to course materials;

If more than 25% of the course has been completed;

If a certificate of completion has been issued;

For failure to complete the course;

Due to disagreement with educational perspective or content approach.
Due to the nature of digital educational materials, all approved refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with this policy.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us promptly at hello@foundationsforpractice.ca. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve platform-related issues.
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Foundations for Practice to request resolution may result in immediate termination of access to all purchased materials.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
